Hi, I’m Heidi — a Certified Nutritionist and health coach specialising in women’s hormonal and metabolic health.

For years, I was stuck in a cycle many women will recognise: being “good” during the week, tracking calories and restricting food — only to blow it out on the weekends with overeating, binge drinking, and saying yes when I wanted to say no. Fear of missing out kept me stuck, and every Monday came with guilt and a promise to be stricter.

After more than 10 years on the oral contraceptive pill, I feared what would happen when I stopped. While studying a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition & Dietetics), I began to understand how restriction, stress, nervous system overload, and misunderstood hormones were driving these patterns — and my passion for women’s hormonal health was born.

Through my own work, I learned how to nourish my body without punishment, set boundaries without guilt, and rebuild trust with food and myself.

Today, I’ve supported hundreds of women who feel disconnected from their bodies, stuck in all-or-nothing thinking, and convinced they’re the problem. My role is to bring the focus back to you — using simple, realistic nutrition and education so you can understand your body and feel empowered in your choices.

My goal isn’t perfection or restriction — it’s helping you build a calm, confident relationship with food, your body, and yourself.
